Group Therapy Sessions For Teens

Group Therapy for Teens Facing Anxiety and Depression (13 to 18)

When: Every Friday at 5 PM

Where: Resilience Therapy (3136 N Swan)

Who: Teenagers struggling with anxiety and depression

What: This group combines psychoeducation with social connection – together, we will foster mental and emotional health with peers facing similar challenges. We will explore topics such as mental and emotional wellness, anxiety, depression, coping mechanisms, mindfulness, and many others. This is an open group, with no beginning or end date – your teen can stay as long as they need! The group will be capped at the first 10 participants, with additional availability offered as slots open up.

 

Group Therapy for Teens Facing Trauma (13 to 18)

When: Every Monday at 5 PM for 15 Weeks(Coming Soon, Book Now to Hold your Spot)

Where: Resilience Therapy (3136 N Swan)

Who: Teenagers struggling with trauma

What: This group combines psychoeducation with social connection – together, we will foster mental and emotional health with peers facing similar challenges. We will explore topics such as mental and emotional wellness, understanding and healing from trauma, narrative creation, emotional expression, coping mechanisms, mindfulness, and many others. This is a closed group, with a beginning and end date – best to commit to the entire group session! The group will be capped at the first 10 participants.

 

Group Therapy Sessions For Parents

 

Emotional Wellness Group for Parents of Teens and Young adults (13+)

When: Every Thursday at 10 AM

Where: Virtual meetings

Who: Parents seeking support in raising emotionally healthy teens and young adults.

What: This group combines psychoeducation with social connection – together, we will discuss the transitional period from childhood to young adulthood while connecting with parents of similar-aged children. We will explore topics such as mental and emotional wellness, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, autonomy within healthy boundaries, parent/child relationship during individuation, and many others. This is an open group, with no beginning or end date – feel free to stay as long as you like! The group will be capped at the first 12 participants, with additional availability offered as slots open up.

 

Emotional Wellness Group for Parents of Younger Children (3 to 12)

When: Every Tuesday at 10 AM

Where: Virtual meetings

Who: Parents seeking support in raising emotionally healthy younger children.

What: This group combines psychoeducation with social connection – together, we will discuss the makeup of a young child’s mind while connecting with parents of similar-aged children. We will explore topics such as mental and emotional health, behavior management, emotional regulation, parent/child connection, and many others. This is an open group, with no beginning or end date – feel free to stay as long as you like! The group will be capped at the first 12 participants, with additional availability offered as slots open up.
